A supplier platform is an intermediary between your shop and the warehouse: on it you choose products, add them to your shop with one button, and when an order comes in the platform passes it to the supplier and returns the parcel number. It sounds the same everywhere, but platforms differ in where they ship from, what they charge for and how many products they let you use.

This part of the guide covers the five most frequently mentioned platforms, their prices according to the platforms’ own price lists in October 2026, and what to look at when choosing.

In short

  • Platforms earn in two ways: from a monthly fee or from the price of the product and shipping. “Free” does not mean cheapest.
  • For a European buyer the most important thing is which warehouse the product ships from: from the EU it is faster and without the 3 € customs duty.
  • Buy a paid plan only once you already have a product and a test order for yourself.

Prices are given for monthly billing. Most platforms apply a discount for annual billing, and prices change – check the price list before registering.

CJ Dropshipping

CJ Dropshipping says it charges no monthly fee: when a product is already in its warehouse, you pay only the product price and shipping. If the product is not in the warehouse and has to be sourced and brought in, processing and storage fees are added. The platform states that it has warehouses in the US, Germany, Thailand, Indonesia and China.

For a seller in Lithuania the most important one is the German warehouse: when shipped from there, the parcel travels within the EU. However, not all catalogue products are there, so for each product check where it will be shipped from specifically to Lithuania.

Zendrop

Zendrop has a free plan and two paid ones: Pro – 49 USD per month or 399 USD per year, Plus – 79 USD per month or 549 USD per year. In the price list, automatic order fulfilment is assigned to the paid plans. The platform is aimed at the US market – the price list mentions products from the US separately. Before choosing it for European buyers, check the delivery times to the EU for the specific products.

Spocket

Spocket’s price list has no free plan – there is a 7-day trial period. Plans with monthly billing: Starter – 39.99 USD (25 products), Professional – 59.99 USD (250 products), Empire – 99.99 USD (10 000 products), Unicorn – 299.99 USD. With annual billing the monthly price is considerably lower: Professional – 24 USD, Empire – 57 USD.

The platform emphasises suppliers from the US and the EU. That is its advantage over Chinese catalogues, but the products are more expensive, and the Starter plan’s limit of 25 products means that a wider range will require a more expensive plan straight away.

BigBuy

BigBuy is a European wholesaler, not a catalogue: the products belong to it. The packs listed on the checkout page:

PackFor whomPrice
B2BFor those buying wholesaleJoining fee 89 €, no monthly fee
EcommerceFor your own online shopJoining fee 89 €; 89 € per month or 74.17 € per month with annual billing
MarketplaceFor selling on marketplaces and in an online shop119 € per month or 99.17 € per month with annual billing

Connectors to specific marketplaces are sold separately. BigBuy is the most expensive starting option on this list, but also the only one where you have a single accountable supplier in Europe rather than hundreds of unknown sellers.

Syncee

Syncee is a supplier catalogue from which you import products into your shop. There is a free plan for browsing products and paid ones: Basic – 39.99 USD per month (100 products), Pro – 59.99 USD (250 products), Business – 99.99 USD (10 000 products). Quality and delivery here depend on each supplier individually, so what you need to check is not the platform but the specific supplier.

How to choose

Five questions before paying for a plan

  • Which warehouse the product will travel to Lithuania from and in how many days – not “on average”, but on this product’s page.
  • How much shipping costs per unit. On free platforms this is often exactly where the profit is hidden.
  • Who accepts returns and at what address – in Europe or in China.
  • Which shop platform it connects to and whether stock levels update automatically.
  • Whether you can order one unit for yourself without a paid plan.

A common mistake is buying an annual plan for the discount before selling a single product. The monthly fee keeps ticking regardless of sales: a 50 USD per month plan is 600 USD over a year, which you have to earn just to break even.

Where to start

  1. Choose 2–3 products, not a platform. The platform is chosen according to where those products are and where they ship from.
  2. Register on the free plans and compare the price of the same product including shipping to Lithuania.
  3. Order one unit each for yourself from two different sources. The difference between what was promised and what arrived tells you more than any comparison.
  4. Buy a paid plan only for the month in which you start selling, and only for a month.

When you want neither a warehouse nor monthly fees

All these platforms solve the same problem – how to sell without holding stock. The same can be done without a shop: recommend products sold by others and receive a commission. Then you need neither a platform plan, nor customer service, nor an advertising budget.

Frequently asked questions

Which dropshipping platform is free?

CJ Dropshipping charges no monthly fee; Zendrop and Syncee have free plans with limited features. Spocket offers only a 7-day trial, BigBuy only paid packs.

Which platform ships from Europe?

BigBuy is a European wholesaler, Spocket emphasises EU and US suppliers, and CJ Dropshipping has a warehouse in Germany. Everywhere, check the warehouse of the specific product.

Can you use several platforms at once?

Technically yes, but products from several suppliers in one order will arrive in separate parcels and at different times – this has to be explained to the buyer in advance.

Is the platform responsible for product quality?

You answer to your buyer. The platform’s terms govern only the relationship between you and the platform.
